Power on the machine and open admission and slurry valves while closing back slurry and iron discharge valves. After magnetization period (adjustable timing), close admission and slurry valves, open back slurry valve to discharge remaining slurry, then perform magnetic cutting. Finally, open iron discharge valve to remove collected magnetic materials.
