Iron Ore Wet High Intensity Magnetic Separator 1.5KW-20KW for Ceramic Slurry & Kaolin Processing
High-performance electromagnetic slurry separator designed for efficient iron removal from ceramic slurry, kaolin, feldspar, and other industrial materials. Available in multiple power configurations from 1.5KW to 20KW to suit various production requirements.

Power on the system, then open admission and slurry valves while closing back slurry and iron discharge valves. After magnetization period (adjustable based on requirements), close admission and slurry valves, open back slurry valve to discharge remaining slurry, then perform magnetic cutting. Finally, close all valves except iron discharge to remove collected magnetic materials.
