Operation Process
Step-by-Step Operation:
- Power on the system
- Open admission valve and slurry valve
- Close back slurry valve and iron discharging valve
- Activate magnetization
- After predetermined time (user-configurable), close admission and slurry valves
- Open back slurry valve to discharge remaining slurry
- Perform magnetic cutting
- Close all valves and open iron discharging valve to remove collected magnetic materials
