Cross belt Magnetic Separator magnets provide a true self cleaning industrial magnetic separator systems solution, for continuous metal recovery from your conveyed materials. Ferrous metals are magnetically pulled out of your non-ferrous conveyed materials; ferrous materials collect on the self cleaning magnetic separator belt and are conveyed and discharged to your hopper.
Electromagnetic separator self-cleaning type uses a two-pulley design. self-cleaning magnets are mounted in line with the material flow, while cross belt self-cleaning magnets remove the ferrous materials over the side of the conveyor.

Operation process
The raw material flow into feeding entrance, then it land on the belt, through the belt conveyor to the magnetic roller.Then all iron material in the raw material adsorbed on the magnetic pole, last it follow the belt running to the non-magnetic area.And the iron material will automatically fall into the iron box.
Application scope
Applicable for dry powder iron removal in ceramic industry, for example, quartz sand, refractory of non-metallic materials and the iron removal of Scrap metal.
