Processing Methods
Dry Processing Method
The dry process utilizes crushers to reduce raw ore particle size to approximately 25mm, followed by cage crushers achieving 6mm particle size. Integrated hot air systems effectively reduce moisture content from 20% to 10%. Final fine grinding is accomplished through air-blowing Raymond mills equipped with centrifugal separators and cyclone dust collectors. This method efficiently eliminates sand content and is ideal for high-whiteness raw ore with low sand content and optimal particle size distribution.
Wet Processing Method
The comprehensive wet process includes multiple stages: dispersion, classification, impurity separation, and product processing. The complete workflow encompasses: raw ore → crushing → ramming paste → degritting → hydrocyclone classification → delaminating → centrifuge classification → magnetic separation/bleaching → concentration → filter pressing → drying → final product manufacturing for ceramics, paper-making, and coating applications.
