Operation Process
Step 1: Material Feeding
Feed dry powder through the hopper while activating the magnetizing system and running the vibrator.
Step 2: Separation Cycle
After the separation period, stop feeding, deactivate the magnetic device, and run both vibrators simultaneously to discharge non-magnetic materials.
Step 3: Iron Discharge
Discharge magnetic materials absorbed on the magnetic media using vibrating force for complete separation.
