The Magnetic Iron Separator is engineered for efficient iron removal from various materials including magnetite, pyrrhotine, roasted ore, ilmenite, coal, non-metallic substances, and building materials. This industrial-grade separator utilizes advanced magnetic technology to purify materials and improve product quality.
Working Principle
Mineral slurry enters the separation chamber through the feeder box. Under controlled water flow, particles disperse evenly. Magnetic particles form clusters or chains when exposed to the magnetic field and adhere to the rotating cylinder. Alternating magnetic poles ensure continuous separation, with magnetic concentrate discharged through dedicated pipes while non-magnetic gangue exits with the slurry.
