Operation Process
The high tension separator operates by feeding dry powder from the hopper while the separator is magnetized and the vibrator runs. After processing, feeding stops, the magnetic device is deactivated, and the secondary vibrator activates to discharge magnetic material absorbed on the magnetic media through vibrating force.
Application Scope
These electromagnetic dried-powder separators process fine mineral particles including magnetic ferrous minerals (hematite, martite, limonite, siderite, chromite, polianite), nonferrous metals (wolframite), rare earth minerals (eremite), and nonmetallic minerals (feldspar, quartz, kaolin). Ideal for drought and water shortage areas.
