Design features of the separator

• Mounted on vertical pipes and in the places of product discharge.
• The number of magnetic units can range from 7 to 23 pcs, depending on the productivity and properties of the product to be separated.
• Cleaning of the separator is carried out in the automatic mode according to the designated cyclogram.
• Magnetic block is arranged on the principle of pneumatic piston. Magnetic system in form of a rod together with the magnets is moved inside the tube under the action of compressed air.

Principle of function

The initial product with tested capacity is fed into the working area of the separator, depositing ferromagnetic impurities on the surface of the magnetic rods. Cleaning of the separator is carried out automatically, by moving the magnetic blocks from the working area to the cleaning zone by means of compressed air.
