The Dry Type Magnetic Roller Separator utilizes advanced permanent magnetic technology for efficient separation of magnetic and non-magnetic materials. The system includes a permanent roll constructed from NdFeB disks interleaved with pure iron disks, idle roll, conveying thin belt, adjustable splitter, and vibratory feeder for precise material handling.

Material is fed onto the conveying thin belt via the vibratory feeder. Magnetic particles are attracted to the permanent magnetic roll and discharged into the "M" (magnetic) separate chute, while non-magnetic particles continue along the belt and are discharged from the "NM" (non-magnetic) chute. The adjustable splitter allows for precise separation control.
