Product Overview
The Wet High Intensity Magnetic Separator is a high gradient vertical ring magnetic separator designed for efficient separation of feebly magnetic particles from non-magnetic materials in various industrial applications.
Working Principle
A DC current is applied to the coil to generate a magnetic field in the separating compartment containing the matrix. The matrix, composed of specially selected magnetic iron, fills the moving ring or carousel and becomes magnetically induced within the electromagnet's field. As slurried feed passes through the magnetic matrix, feebly magnetic particles are attracted to the matrix by the high magnetic gradient while non-magnetic particles continue through the system.
