 Hydrogen Plant based ammonia cracking gas,shift gas,methanol pyrolysis gas,refinery gas,semi-water gas,city gas,coke oven gas,fermentation gas,methanol exhaust,formaldehyde exhaust,acetylene black exhaust electrolysis-product gas,cold box exhaust,FCC dry gas and other hydrogen gas source for the raw materials,is a purication system which make the lower purity hydrogen purify to 98~99.99% high purity H2 through special adsorptive molecular sieve.

It mainly consists adsorption tower,special molecular sieve,pneumatic control valve,control system.

2.technical feature

(1) Modular and pressurized electrolyser with Bipolar Technology, long life time without any maintenance;

(2) Valves on main processing lines to be imported from Swagelok, USA

(3) asbestos membrane used in the electrolyser.

(4) Regulating diaphragm valves to be imported from Jordan, USA

(5) Analysers (Online) from Panametric, USA

(6) 316L SS material for process pressure vessel;

(7) Siemens PLC configuration for the control system;

(8) 36 cells in one single electrolyser with DC voltage 36V, DC current 700A to guarantee the H2 flows 5NCMH; (the detailed parameters are decided during the detailed engineering design).

(9) Special process design for hydrogen purification unit, so there is no loss of gas when the dryer is in regeneration state.

(10) The hydrogen generator are very compact with high reliability, all piping and cabling works within the skid are completed before ex-works, saving the on-site erection engineering time.
