The power system of IGBT transistor invertor medium frequency power supply cabnit and circuit compensation capacitor cabinet,introduction heating coil,cooled shroud,brightening solution system assembled by the gas protection device and the infrared thermometer,water cooling system assembled by the water-water heat exchanger,the outer circulsting water cooling device,welded pipe cleaning device,elecrical control system.

2.technological process

In-line bright annealing equipment is used for continuous bright annealing,in a controlled atmosphere(pure hydrogen,while argon is utilized to flush the unit) of stainless steel welded pipes.this type of equipment is generally installed on weld lines that utilise the TIG or laser method and it enables continuous annealing and allows the surface of the pipe produced to be cleaned and polished,the pipe is heated to the needed temperature and is then conduction,cooled so that large volumn of gas are not made to circulate.the equipment is supplied complete with gas management system,inductor,cooling tunnel,mobile support,equipment cooling system,temperature control system and control panel.
