Most machines are fitted with MS rolls, stainless steel rolls, aluminum rolls, hard chrome plated Rolls, rubber Rolls, ebonite coated rolls, PTFE coated rolls, as guide roll, nip roll, pressure roll, take-up roll, take-off roll, squeeze roll, Tension rolls, dancing roll, accumulator roll, Idler roll which are available in different diameter and length as per machine requirements. Some cases it is not affordable to use stainless steel rolls but in such rolls stainless steel cladding is done on M.S. rolls.

The material of roller is 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel after being welded, stressed, tempered, quenched heat treatment, etc.

It’s chromate treatment for embossing roller. The size and pattern are customized. 

With imported polishing machine and raw materials, the roller surface roughness can reach Rao.01 and also concentricity is less than 0.02mm.
