The material of roller is 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel after being welded, stressed, tempered, quenched heat treatment, etc.

It’s chromate treatment for embossing roller. The size and pattern are customized. 

With imported polishing machine and raw materials, the roller surface roughness can reach Rao.01 and also concentricity is less than 0.02mm.
