Description of Mirror Finish Roller

1) The material of roller is 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel after being welded, stressed, tempered, quenched heat treatment, etc. 
2) After quenching the surface hardness can reach HR c52-58. If choose chrome plate and polish the surface, the hardness can reach HRC 62.
3) With imported polishing machine and raw materials, the roller surface roughness can reach Rao.01 and concentricity is less than 0.02mm.

The mirror finish roller is used for sheet, plate, film equipment. The rollers are also widely used in sheet machine, calendaring machine, coating cloth machine and other equipment. 

The mirror roller can make the pressure processing on the surface of PVC, PE, PP, PC, ABC, ABS, PET, PMMA, leather, artificial leather, decorative material and waterproof material.
