Use of Anilox Roller 

Anilox roller is widely used in PVC, PE, PP, PS, ABS, etc. Plastic sheet and board surface embossing and leather, artificial leather, decorative materials, waterproof coil surface embossing.
Anilox roller is also used in plastic, artificial leather, leather, paper, carton sizing and color.

1) Mainly used for sizing and coloring and is applicable for the industries of plastic,leather,paper and carton machinery;
 
2) Dusting roller or measling roller is mainly used for the compounding of non-woven cloth and garment cloth;

1) With complete aniloxs,shapes and specifications,can be chosen among 10~600 lines/inch according to the requirements of the users;
 
2) Adopting 45#seamless pipes,with inner-hole processing,welding and annealing treatment;
 
3) Shaft alignment less than or equal to 0.025m/2km;
 
4) The hardness of chromeplate after polishing is above HRC62.
