The raw material of roller is alloy steel, 304 stainless steel, 45# seamless pipe, or after being welded, stressed, tempered, quenched heat treatment, etc.

 

After quenching the surface hardness can reach HR c52-58. If choose chrome plate and polish the surface, the hardness can reach HRC 62.

 

With imported polishing machine and raw materials, the roller surface roughness can reach Rao.01 and concentricity is less than 0.02mm.
