Technology is a revolution in Non-Cryogenic Air Separation and Oxygen Generation Technology that uses a special grade of ZMS (Zeolite Molecular Sieve).
The compressed air is passed through a Twin Tower PSA module interconnected with automatic changeover valves. After passing through a Refrigerated Dryer air gets dried. Dried compressed air will now come in contact with the bed of Zeolite molecular sieves (ZMS). Zeolite Molecular Sieves are a special grade of adsorbent that has the property of preferential adsorption of nitrogen molecules. At a time one tower remains under the nitrogen production cycle, whereas the other tower undergoes regeneration which is achieved through depressurization of the tower to atmospheric pressure. The outgoing oxygen gas is sent to a surge where vessel the minimum pressure will be maintained with the help of a Back Pressure Regulator

2.Principles:

It  uses a zeolite molecular sieve as a sorbent, producing oxygen using the PSA principle. Under certain pressure, zeolite molecular  sieve  has different oxygen/nitrogen adsorption capacity, ie much more nitrogen adsorption capacity than oxygen adsorption capacity. PLC controls the  pneumatic valve  open/ close to realizing two adsorption towers' alternate adsorption and desorption as per pressure change, carries out oxygen/nitrogen separation, and produces oxygen with desired purity.

1. Ferrous metallurgy: For electric furnace steel making, blast furnace iron making, cupola oxygen blasting and heating, and cutting, etc
2. Non-ferrous metal refineries can improve productivity, reduce energy costs, and protect our environment.
3. Water process : For oxygen aeration active mud process, reaeration of surface water. fish farming, industrial oxidation process, and humid oxygenation.
4. Others: Chemical industry production, solid garbage burning, concrete production, glass manufacturing...etc.
