PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology is a mature air separation method that has been in use since the 1970s. We have supplied PSA plants to customers in over 56 countries worldwide.

Air consists of 78% nitrogen and 21% oxygen. PSA technology separates these components by adsorbing oxygen through carbon molecular sieves (CMS), leaving nitrogen as the product gas.

1. Adsorption: Compressed air passes through a CMS-filled vessel where oxygen is adsorbed, producing nitrogen gas.
2. Desorption: When CMS becomes saturated, the process switches to a second vessel while the first vessel begins regeneration.
3. Regeneration: Nitrogen from the active vessel purges the saturated vessel, preparing it for the next cycle.
