Our methanol cracking hydrogen production equipment converts industrial methanol into high-purity hydrogen through an efficient catalytic decomposition process, delivering the lowest hydrogen production cost for industrial users. The process follows three reaction stages:
- Decomposition: CH₃OH → CO + 2H₂
- Water-gas shift: H₂O + CO → CO₂ + H₂
- Overall: CH₃OH + H₂O → CO₂ + 3H₂
- Hydrogen purity: 5N (99.999% mol)
- Output pressure: 0.1 - 1.0 MPa*G adjustable
