Operating Principle
Under specific pressure conditions, the PSA hydrogen generator utilizes adsorption beds composed of materials such as activated carbon, silicon dioxide, molecular sieve, and alumina. These beds selectively adsorb impure components from hydrogen-containing gas sources including dissociated methanol, synthesis ammonia pool gas, catalytic cracking dry gas from oil refineries, shift gas, water gas, and semi-water gas. The purified hydrogen, which is difficult to adsorb, exits from the adsorption tower as the final product gas.
