Operating Method
- Inspect equipment for transport damage and verify all components are present
- Prepare electrolyte solution: Dilute 130g KOH with 450ml distilled water, cool, then fill to 1.8L mark
- Connect 3mm external diameter pipeline to air source (≥0.4MPa pressure)
- Start machine and verify normal operation (pressure display 0.5MPa, flow display near "000")
- If leaks detected, inspect with soap solution and resolve before proceeding
- For normal operation, connect output pipeline and begin nitrogen generation
Important Notices
Silica Gel Maintenance: Monitor discoloration and replace when necessary. Always power off before replacement.
Startup Process: System requires 10 minutes for air purging before producing high-purity nitrogen.
Flow Display: LED values may vary ±10 due to buffering effects - this is normal operation.
Electrolyte Maintenance: Only distilled water needs replenishing. Replace entire electrolyte solution every 6-7 months.
Leak Detection: Low pressure or high display values indicate potential leaks - inspect with soap solution.
