Our ASME/CE verified nitrogen generator system is specifically designed for oil and gas field tanks and valves purging applications. The system utilizes pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology at normal temperatures, using clean compressed air as the raw material and high-quality carbon molecular sieve (CMS) from Japan and Germany as the adsorbent, ensuring a working life exceeding 20 years.

PSA technology, developed since the 1970s, separates nitrogen from air (78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen) by adsorbing oxygen molecules through carbon molecular sieves under pressure. Our systems have been supplied to customers in over 56 countries.

The PSA nitrogen generation process involves two vessels filled with CMS:

1. Adsorption: Compressed air passes through one vessel where oxygen is adsorbed, producing nitrogen.
2. Desorption: When CMS saturates, the process switches to the second vessel while the first regenerates by releasing waste gases.
3. Regeneration: Produced nitrogen purges through the saturated vessel to regenerate the CMS for the next cycle.
