The Nitrogen Generator uses two towers of CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve) to separate nitrogen from compressed air, removing other gases like oxygen and CO2. Typical feed air pressure is 110 psig/7.6 barg. Typical nitrogen product purity for SINCE GAS systems is 99.998%. Product flow rate increases with higher oxygen content tolerance in the nitrogen product. Systems are available with product purity up to 99.999% nitrogen. Our nitrogen generator purity ranges from 95%-99.9995%, with flow rates from 5Nm³/hr to 5000 Nm³/hr.
