PSA Nitrogen Generator Description

The system uses clean filtered air passed through Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) to separate nitrogen from oxygen, CO2, CO and other molecules. Oxygen and other molecules are flushed from the CMS by depressurizing the sieve bed, preparing the vessel for new air introduction. Continuous operation is achieved through alternating pressure cycles between two towers.
