PSA Nitrogen Generation System Introduction :

SINCE GAS Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) type Nitrogen Generator provides a cost-effective means for on-site N2 solution. The Nitrogen Generator uses two beds of CMS to separate compressed air into a high-pressure nitrogen product stream and low-pressure oxygen enriched waste stream. Therefore, CMS is very crucial for nitrogen generator , but water, oil, granule need removed before entering into nitrogen generator

O2 purity: 1% to 10 ppm
On-line monitoring instrument

Economy mode option: via pressure to enables the compressor shut & start-up when nitrogen supply is not required
