Operating Principles
Our nitrogen generators utilize carbon molecular sieve as sorbent, applying PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) principles. Under specific pressure conditions, the carbon molecular sieve demonstrates greater oxygen adsorption capacity than nitrogen adsorption capacity. A PLC system controls pneumatic valves to alternate adsorption and desorption between two towers, achieving oxygen/nitrogen separation to produce nitrogen at desired purity levels. An optional purification device can be added to remove bacteria, odor, and dust, producing clean nitrogen suitable for food protection applications.
Applications
Food packaging, beer preservation, and fresh keeping of vegetables, fruits, and other food products.
