Q1: Can i visit your factory in China?
A1: Usually except our staff, other persons are not allowed to visit the factory. As you know it is not good for workers to produce intently. But, of course, our factory is open to our customers, very welcome to visit us, and the person who is responsible will guide you to scan the workshop every step, you will know the rough producing situation, then you will be trustful to us.
Q2: What is the pixel pitch?
A2: The pixel pitch is the distance between the centre of an LED (or group of LEDs that make up a pixel) to the next adjacent LED. The smaller this distance, the closer all the LEDs on the screen are together and the better the resolution – meaning a more detailed picture. So a lower pixel pitch number means a better resolution than a higher pixel pitch number.
Q3: Do you provide onsite assistance?
A3: Yes, our trained professional is available during your event to install, dismantle and support.
Q4: How is the switching sequence of LED display screen?
A4: 1) screen switching sequence: on, first turn on the computer, then screen; off, first shut off screen, then computer. 2) Interval of switching LED display must be greater than 1 minute.
Q5: How is the ambient temperature of LED display screen?
A5: When ambient temperature is too high or cooling condition is bad, users had better not to turn on the screen for a long time. Screen shall be installed in temperature from-10°C to 40°C. Over environment temperature range, temperature control equipment must be installed. It is forbidden to install LED display near any heat source.
