4. Application
Composite condeck floor decking is to support suspended concrete floors in steel or concrete construction or over-loaded masonry walls.
It is a lightweight and efficient system that is easy to handle and cut on site.
The ribs of the profile are fully enclosed in concrete, providing the advantages of a solid slab, with the savings of a composite slab.
There are no voids to compromise thermal performance and there is usually no need for positive reinforcement or fire emergency reinforcement.
5. Packaging & Shipping
Before loading to the container, we will check the machine first
Second, make some protection on the machine, Such as, we will mpaint the coil on the roller and shaft, in case the roller and shast got corrosion and rusty during long time delivery
Third, we will make the plastic package on the easy damage parts, and fix all the parts into container by the steel wire rope, and ensure the machine will not damage when shaking on sea.
At last, we will take photos for customer when loading to container.
