This industrial production line manufactures composite sandwich panels consisting of two external facings and an insulating core. The core material can be Polyurethane, Mineral Wool, Glass Wool, PIR, Phenolic, or EPS. Various profiles are available according to customer requirements using pre-painted steel sheets, PVC sheets, aluminum paper, or similar supports.
The continuous sandwich panel production line offers large-scale production capacity with uniform distribution of reactive mixture, homogeneous density, and optimal physical and mechanical characteristics. Roof panels, wall panels, and door panels are primarily made of metal section support and polyurethane insulating mass.
