Production Line Overview
This specialized production line manufactures sandwich panels with anti-combustion polyurethane core, featuring roof/wall/ceiling forming panels as the top layer and aluminum foil as the bottom layer. The system produces panels with 18mm thickness, 1000mm width, and custom lengths as required.
Operation Process
Rigid-foam raw materials are delivered through metering pumps to the mixing head and injected onto the bottom facing sheet. As materials travel through conveyors with the top superficial sheet, they harden between upper and lower conveyors, then are automatically cut to preset lengths.
