Warranty: 12 months with lifetime technical support
During warranty period, all damaged spare parts (excluding normal wear and tear) are supplied free of charge. Freight costs are shared equally between both parties. We provide comprehensive technical guidance, production support, installation, debugging, and maintenance services throughout the equipment's operational life.
All rollers are coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped in waterproof plastic film. Control boxes are packed with thick cardboard and additional waterproof plastic wrapping. Standard delivery time is 75 days after deposit confirmation.
