High-performance 100G QSFP28 LR4 optical transceiver designed for long-distance data transmission over single-mode fiber with LAN WDM technology.

The 100G QSFP28 LR4 optical transceiver integrates both receiver and transmitter paths in a single module. On the transmit side, four lanes of serial data streams are recovered, retimed, and directed to four laser drivers that control Distributed Feedback Lasers (DFB) with center wavelengths of 1296 nm, 1300 nm, 1305 nm, and 1309 nm. The optical signals are multiplexed into a single-mode fiber through an industry-standard LC connector. On the receive side, the four optical data streams are de-multiplexed, with each stream recovered by a PIN photo-detector and trans-impedance amplifier before being retimed. This module features a hot-pluggable electrical interface, low power consumption, and MDIO management interface.

Designed according to QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) specifications, this product meets form factor, optical/electrical connection, and digital diagnostic interface requirements while complying with IEEE 802.3bm standards.
