Product Description
The 40G QSFP+ ER4 CWDM 40KM is a 4x10G hot-pluggable optical transceiver module designed for long-distance optical communication applications over single-mode fiber. It utilizes 4 wavelengths of CWDM via LC connectors with central wavelengths of 1271, 1291, 1311 and 1331 nm, conforming to the CWDM wavelength grid defined in ITU-T G694.2.
This transceiver is fully compliant with QSFP+ MSA and IEEE 802.3bm 40GBASE-ER4 standards. Designed according to the QSFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), it features the appropriate form factor, optical/electrical connections, and digital diagnostic interface. Engineered to withstand demanding external operating conditions including temperature variations, humidity, and EMI interference, this hot-swappable transceiver is ideal for high-performance computing networks, enterprise core and distribution layer applications, and data centers.
