Product Introduction
EPDM foam offers excellent weather resistance, making it an ideal substitute for traditional rubber and plastic materials. EPDM rubber maintains high chemical stability, excellent electrical insulation, aging resistance, and waterproof properties. It is suitable for various building applications, refrigeration, air conditioning systems with low environmental requirements, as well as demanding environments such as automotive air conditioning systems operating at -40°C to 150°C. It is also ideal for high-temperature resistance and environmentally sensitive areas including pharmaceutical factories and hospitals.

- High Aging Resistance: Excellent ozone resistance (known as "non-cracking rubber"), good thermal stability, long-term use at 130°C with intermittent use up to 150°C, and superior weather resistance against environmental factors.
- Excellent Chemical Resistance: Maintains chemical stability and non-polarity, resistant to alcohol, acids (formic acid, acetic acid), strong bases, oxidants (H₂O₂, HClO), detergents, animal and plant oils, and some fats.
- Superior Water and Steam Resistance: Hydrophobic properties provide outstanding resistance to water, heat, and water vapor, with minimal chemical interaction between materials.
