Our Hypalon rubber sheets and rolls are manufactured using advanced drum vulcanizer (ROTOCURE) or plate vulcanizer technology with high-quality Hypalon material. Hypalon is a synthetic chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) rubber renowned for its exceptional resistance to chemicals, extreme temperatures, and UV radiation.
With an extensive service temperature range from -40°C to 140°C, Hypalon rubber provides outstanding performance in harsh environmental conditions, particularly against ozone and UV light exposure. It demonstrates excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals, heat degradation, oils, and various industrial fluids, making it ideal for outdoor applications requiring superior durability and protection.
