Our natural rubber sheets are manufactured using premium natural rubber (NR) sourced from rubber trees, processed through ROTOCURE vulcanizing presses or plain vulcanizing presses. These sheets feature medium hardness combined with exceptional tensile strength, high elongation, excellent abrasion resistance, superior elasticity, and complete safety with non-toxic, odor-free properties.
Available as gum rubber sheets or para rubber sheets, our products are engineered for demanding industrial applications. Thinner sheets (1-6mm) are produced using ROTOCURE vulcanizing presses with smooth, shiny surfaces, while thicker sheets (7-80mm) utilize specialized vulcanizing presses to achieve higher thickness requirements.
