Manufacturing & Applications
Manufactured using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) or vulcanizing press with chlorosulfonated polyethylene material (CSM, a synthetic rubber also known as Hypalon Rubber).
- 1-6mm thickness produced by drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) with shiny surface
- 7-80mm thickness produced by vulcanizing press for higher thickness requirements
- Medium hardness with high tensile strength
- Excellent aging resistance and oxygenation resistance
- High temperature resistant and low temperature resistant
- Oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant, chemical corrosion resistant
- Suitable for working in liquids containing up to 70% acid or alkali at temperatures from -40°C to +140°C
Ideal for punching various seals, gaskets with different shapes, and covering mechanical equipment.
