Manufacturing Process & Features
- Manufactured by drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) or vulcanizing press with chlorosulfonated polyethylene material (CSM)
- 1-6mm thickness made by drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) with shiny surface
- 7-80mm thickness made by vulcanizing press for higher thickness requirements
- Medium hardness with high tensile strength
- Excellent performance in aging resistance, oxygenation resistance, and temperature resistance
- Resistant to oil, acid, alkali, and chemical corrosion
- Suitable for working in liquids containing up to 70% acid or alkali at temperatures from -40°C to +140°C
- Ideal for punching various seals, gaskets, and covering mechanical equipment
