Our rubber fabric and rubber diaphragm products are manufactured using various fabrics and rubber materials on specialized rotocure machines. We utilize different nylon, polyester, EP, glassfiber, and aramid fabrics coated with rubber materials including hypalon, nitrile, neoprene, silicone, and fluorubber.
Material Properties
- Hypalon: Weather and water resistant, rugged yet lightweight - ideal for inflatable boats
- Neoprene: Resistant to acids and alkalis
- Nitrile: Oil resistant
- Silicone & FKM: High heat and corrosion resistant
Our colorful coated fabrics are used for hatch and boat covers, radomes, inflated structures, and are ideal for quality awnings, boating garb, convertible tops and other consumer products. Applications include inflatable boats, rafts, life-floats, high-speed trains, buses, rubber diaphragms, rubber gaskets and other special purposes.
