Weather Resistant Hypalon Fabric Sheet and Acid Alkaline Resistant Neoprene Rubber Sheet with 1.0-6.0mm Thickness
Our rubber fabric and rubber diaphragm products are manufactured using specialized rotocure machines with various fabric reinforcements and rubber materials. We utilize different fabric types including nylon, polyester, EP fabric, glassfiber, and aramid fabric, coated with various rubber materials such as hypalon, nitrile, neoprene, silicone, and fluorubber.
Hypalon offers excellent weather and water resistance, rugged durability while remaining lightweight and easy to handle - ideal for inflatable boats. Neoprene provides resistance to acids and alkalis, nitrile offers oil resistance, while silicone and FKM withstand high temperatures and corrosion. Our colorful coated fabrics are perfect for hatch and boat covers, radomes, inflated structures, and are ideal for quality awnings, boating garb, convertible tops, and other consumer products.
Applications: Inflatable boats, rafts, life-floats, high-speed trains, buses, rubber diaphragms, rubber gaskets, and other specialized purposes.
