High Tensile Strength Food Grade Platinum Cured Silicone Tube Extrusion and Hose
Our silicone hose is extruded using specialized equipment with high-quality silicone rubber, manufactured to specific inside and outside diameter requirements. Featuring high tensile strength, excellent flexibility, strong anti-pull properties, and a wide range of hardness options, these tubes offer superior aging resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, insulation properties, and resistance to fuel oil and lubricants.
Designed to operate in air, water, or oil media at temperatures ranging from -60°C to +250°C. Our industrial grade silicone hose is manufactured with standard extruded silicone and vulcanized with imported peroxide, ensuring no odor. Food grade silicone hose is produced using transparent fumed silicone with platinum vulcanization, making it non-toxic and tasteless. Medical grade silicone hose utilizes medical grade transparent fumed silicone with platinum vulcanization and holds FDA and LFGB certifications.
Ideal applications include corona rollers or transferring water, air, oil, and other media.
