Polyurethane hose and tube are manufactured using high-quality polyester, polyether, or TPU through molding or extrusion processes. These products demonstrate exceptional performance characteristics including excellent chemical erosion resistance, impregnation resistance, ozone resistance, radiation resistance, aging resistance, hydrolysis resistance, high tensile strength, tear resistance, high impact resistance, high bend strength, and low compression set.
The abrasion resistance is 5 times greater than pure natural rubber, while oil resistance exceeds NBR rubber by 3-5 times. These materials maintain high elasticity of 65% with prominent compression resistance at elevated temperatures. With a wide hardness range of 80-95 Shore A and excellent adhesion to metal materials, polyurethane represents a rapidly evolving advanced polymer material suitable for mining, oil field, chemical, printing, punching, paper manufacturing, spinning, and automotive industries.
