Premium grade PTFE rod, plastic rod available in white or black colors.
Manufactured using high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material through moulded or extruded processes.
PTFE represents the best polymer material for chemical resistance among all known plastics.
Key Characteristics
Features excellent corrosion resistance, weathering resistance, dielectric properties, and the lowest coefficient
of friction among all known solid materials. Operates effectively across a wide temperature range from -180°C to +260°C.
The wax-like surface prevents materials from sticking. Available in various manufacturing methods based on diameter:
Ø4-9mm (paste extruded), Ø10-50mm (ram extruded), Ø50-300mm (moulded). Offers the best electrical properties of all plastics,
making it ideal for electrical insulation across various frequencies, corrosive medium seal liners, anti-sticking materials,
and lubrication applications.
