Nylon sheet, PA6 sheet, plastic sheet made with 100% virgin nylon PA6 material

Nylon sheet is cast or extruded with 100% virgin nylon by molding of casting nylon PA6 and PA66 sheet. Nylon is recognized as the most widely used and known engineering plastic in the current market. PA6 has the best performance, being very tough even at low temperatures, with high surface hardness, toughness, mechanical lower shock, and abrasion resistance.

Combined with these characteristics and good insulation and chemical properties, it has become common-level material widely used in various mechanical structures and spare parts. Compared to PA6, PA66 offers higher hardness, rigidity, and better resistance to wear and heat deflection temperature.

Applications include: bearings, gears, wheels, roller shafts, water pump impellers, fan blades, oil delivery pipes, oil storage pipes, ropes, fishing nets, and transformer coils.
