PVC rod is manufactured using 100% virgin polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin combined with stabilizers, lubricants, plasticizers, fillers, impact modifiers, pigments, and other additives. This material offers excellent cold resistance, acid and alkali resistance, weldability, and superior anti-corrosion properties. Its physical characteristics outperform rubber and other coiled materials, making it ideal for chemical and galvanization industries. Common applications include electrolytic cell lining, electrical insulating seals, and punching washers.
