Fire Resistant Silica Coated Fiberglass Fabrics
Silica coated (impregnated) fiberglass fabrics are made of fiberglass basic fabrics coated or impregnated with specially compounded silicone rubber on one or both sides. This material offers numerous advantages including high strength, fire retardant properties, high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, non-penetrative qualities, and non-toxicity.
