100% Virgin PFA PTFE Tubing Food Grade with 55 Shore D Hardness and Anti-Corrosion Properties
PTFE PFA tube, PTFE PFA tubing, high temperature transparent tube
PFA tube is manufactured from PFA resin using thermoplastic extrusion and blowing technology. It features non-stick properties, heat resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, non-flammability, and excellent electrical properties. This tubing serves as a solid adhesive for PTFE and is ideal for laminating various materials. With a working temperature up to 260°C, it is an excellent material for circuit boards and flat cables.

FEP & PFA offer perfect anti-corrosive properties, heat resistance, and electrical resistance. They are widely used in electrical, petrochemical, industrial, and IT industries, making them ideal materials for UV lamp protection tubes and anti-corrosive tubing.
PFA is transparent to both UV-A and UV-C light while being completely resistant to UV radiation and temperature. This makes it an excellent material for shatter-proofing UV lamps in the food industry where glass-free areas are required. Other plastic coverings may embrittle or discolor under UV radiation. If a lamp is damaged, the glass remains contained within the shrunk-on jacket.
Available for: Linear lamps of any size, circular and other shapes, fitted boots for U-shaped lamps.
Low light transmission loss: Loss of UVA and UVC light is significantly less compared to other polymer coatings. For standard coatings, UVA loss is approximately 4% and UVC loss is around 11%.
- High low temperature resistance: -200°C to +260°C, with high temperature strength twice that of PTFE
- Good adhesive and heat sealability with PTFE: Non-stick below melting point; perfect adhesion with PTFE, metal, and self-adhesion above melting point
- Non-stick to water and oil: Water contact angle: θ=115°
- Electrical reliability, high dielectric: Permittivity remains at 2.1 across 60Hz-60MHz, even at extreme temperatures
- Volume resistance: >10¹⁸ Ω·m
- Surface resistance: >2*10¹³ Ω
- Voltaic Arc Resistance: >165s with no electric leakage
- Weather resistance: Suitable for prolonged use in sunlight and ozone
- Anti-corrosion: Resistant to most acids, alkalis, and esters; only affected by fluorine and strong alkalis at high temperatures
- Fireproof: Maintains insulation properties even when exposed to fire
- High transparency: Excellent penetrability in ultraviolet radiation with low refraction coefficient
