There are three types of PTFE tube:
- Paste Extruded Tube
The tube is made by paste extruded with disperse resin.
0.5mm ≤ OD ≤ 25mm
Length is according to customer's request. - Plug Extruded Tube
The tube is made by plug extruded with suspension resin.
25mm ≤ OD ≤ 250mm
Length is according to customer's request. - Molded Tube
The tube is made by molded method.
25mm ≤ OD ≤ 200mm
50mm ≤ Length ≤ 300mm

The PTFE tube is made by moulded or extruded with high quality polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material. It is the best polymer material for chemical resistance among all known plastic materials. With excellent characteristics of corrosion resistance, weathering resistance, dielectric properties and the lowest coefficient of friction among all known solid materials in a wide range of practical temperatures from -180°C to +260°C, it features a wax-like surface to which anything hardly sticks.
Ø2-9mm is made by paste extruded, Ø10-50mm is made by ram extruded, Ø50-300mm is made by moulded. It has the best electrical properties of all plastics. Used for electrical insulation under various frequencies, seal liners for corrosive media, anti-sticking materials, and lubrication applications.
